Fish restaurant “Le Dome” is among those supporting and developing the concept of contemporary Latvian cuisine by using fresh local Latvian products, fish from local fishermen, vegetables, fruits and root vegetables from Latvian farmers.
Le Dome executive chef Sergej Siporov finds:
